Visiting the Stone Age

Østfold is known for it's Stone Age monuments. Like stone circles, rock paintings and burial mounds. 

 

 Husband and I took a lovely september morning to maket the drive to the southern part of the county where a number of these sites are to be found along a road that they call the prehistoric route.
